One of the earliest and most influential artists in all of pop'n music, Tomoko Shiono was around at the series' beginning, where she started out doing design work/sketches of the characters, and moved up to became an artist for [[AC pnm 2|pop'n music 2]]. Afterwards Tomoko worked on beatmania as a graphic designer. In early 2000 she returned to pop'n music again in [[AC pnm 5|pop'n music 5]], where she remained a constant contributor for the next 15 years.
