Quick Master is a Quick Messter -debunking all of this for once-
Upon doing some research, i made the following conclusions, regarding this and reform version
- The original in-game version from pop'n music is in fact 147BPM (147.2 to be more precise)
- The song was slowed down to 145BPM (145.09 to be more precise) in the OST; this is the version used in DDR
- If the weird BPM changes in the DDR sync are actually there, it means the sync is borked (blame the bad offsetting in some of the samples)
- The reform version from beatmania is based on the OST version, having the same tempo and re-recorded keysounds closer to that (e.g. the snares in the beginning). This is also the version used in pop'n stage, though with a few missing sounds (most notably the scratching in the end)
How are we going to deal with this?
