Unlike the previous tournament, there were not any crossovers in 第二回天下一音ゲ祭. However, since SOUND VOLTEX and シンクロニカ were not part of previous year's Tenkaichi group, they received the 天下一音ゲ祭 全国一斉認定大会 Qualifying Round songs in this event on October 8th and October 15th, 2015, respectively.
New songs for all five games appeared on October 15th, 2015 and November 26th, 2015 for AOU member arcades. Both new songs were added worldwide on March 10th, 2016.
