  • X-TREME 6 is the ending theme of REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA's ULTIMATE SURVIVAL event. It can be unlocked in REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA 2 from November 1st, 2016 by playing one of the twelve ULTIMATE SURVIVAL songs.
  • X-TREME 6 is the punishment game for the artists who lost the ULTIMATE SURVIVAL event (PHQUASE, DJ Noriken, DJ Genki, and Minamotoya). They are involved in the song alongside the leaders of the HARDCORE TANO*C group and the beatnation RHYZE group, being DJ NAGAI and DJ TOTTO respectively.
    • The "6" in X-TREME 6's song title is a reference to the number of artists that were involved in the song (which all appear in X-TREME 6's jackets).
      • Furthermore, all its old charts' notecounts end with "66".
  • X-TREME 6's artist alias is very similar to KHAMEN BREAK's vocal unit one.
