I'm Mitsuto Suzuki, who's participating in the music production for the "beatmania IIDX" series for the first time.

Although this song had a gentle '80s taste during the demo stage, I created many versions during the mixdown, and I chose the mix whose genre I was most unfamiliar with from those completed.

This atmosphere isn't OLD WAVE, nor NEW WAVE.<br>
That's why it's between them, "MEDIUM WAVE".<br>
I hope you'll enjoy feeling its slightly retro atmosphere.

Fashion, design, music... these are big things which influence our sensitivities, and even when they become popular once again, they're released from the restraints of no longer being trendy, so I think there are things which can't be measured in terms of new or old, progressing or regressing.
