Takao Nagatani is the guitarist and composer for the J-pop/rock duo SURFACE alongside Yoshiharu Shiina, and has provided guitar work for numerous other projects. He made his first BEMANI appearance in [[AC GFDM XG|GuitarFreaksXG & DrumManiaXG]] and continued providing songs to the series up to [[AC GD|GITADORA]].
