This track is overflowing with rock spirit.
I've actually been friends with TaQ since middle school, but this track's roots seem to be in the rock sound he dearly loved at that time.
(Note: the production info here is actually a commentary by dj TAKA.)
When TaQ saw the movie exclusively made for this track, he said "I want to be in it too".
Will he make his first movie appearance for his next song?
A track that's brimming with rock spirit. Actually, TaQ has been a friend of mine since middle school; this track seems to have its roots in the rock sound we loved so much back then. When he saw the movie for this song, he said "I want to be in it too". Maybe he'll make an appearance next time?

One technique used in BIG BEAT music videos is to noisily edit a drama with no direct relation with its song title, and make it fit with the song.
I created an original drama about a special forces team (SWAT team) vs. a terrorist group, and this choice seems to be well received, even TaQ was pleased.
Although the terrorists' clothing and props were items I gathered from my rather untidy house, the SWAT team's clothing were actually based on the equipment of certain police as much as possible (that said, there are a few things that will confuse those familiar with it... that's none of my business... please forgive me...).
During the filming day, as the production deadline was approaching, only one person dressed as a SWAT member, while the other team members wore casual clothes when participating in a meeting for organizing an EXPERT COURSE.
It's a funny story, but that meeting was never ending, and I honestly cried when I continued to silently act and film alone until it became dark...
However, I'm happy to hear that the movie was generally well received, unlike GAMBOL's movie from the first IIDX game, which had mixed reviews.

Matching up a dramatic sequence inspired by the song's title that's "noisily" edited is one technique used in making music videos for big beat songs. We wanted to do an original video about SWAT team members going up against a terrorist group. Even TaQ was pleased with this selection. We created the terrorists' clothing and props from things you can find around the house, which gave them an appropriate feel; the SWAT members' things, however, were based on actual items and uniforms to the best of our abilities. (Even so, someone in the know about these things will probably find lots of little problems with them ... sorry.)
Please note that this is the first appearance of director KAGE (the man with short hair, black coat, and teardrop shaped sunglasses, who looks really scary) in a IIDX movie!!!

The day we did the shooting for this video was also a busy day for the entire staff. We had a meeting about expert courses that day, with one of us in the SWAT costume and everyone else in regular clothing. It's generally a funny story, but that meeting went on forever. I was left until dark quietly shooting film and performing all alone ... Still, I'm glad that people seem to like this video a lot.
