* New York EVOLVED is one of the boss songs in DanceDanceRevolution (2010), along with [[CRAZY LOVE|CRAZY♥LOVE]] (and [[MAX 300]] on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions).

* New York EVOLVED is Hiroyoshi Kato's only song on the EVOLVED series of songs.

* New York EVOLVED's jacket in the Wii version of DanceDanceRevolution (2010) is different from that of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions'. The latter is also used in the arcade releases of DanceDanceRevolution and the jubeat series.

** The eyes used in the Wii version jacket of New York EVOLVED are also used in [[Shine]]'s jacket. Unlike Shine's jacket though, the eyes in New York EVOLVED's jacket lack eyebrows.

* New York EVOLVED's Type A, Type B, and Type C were known as Ver.A, Ver.B, and Ver.C respectively in DanceDanceRevolution (2010) and DanceDanceRevolution (PS3).

* New York EVOLVED's BPM is displayed as 48-380 in the DanceDanceRevolution song select screen. None of the versions reach both minimum and maximum ranges of what is displayed. The actual BPM changes are as follows:

** Type A: 95-380 (190→(3 stops)→190→95→190→(stop)→190→95→380→(3 stops)→380→190→380→(stop)→380→95→190).

** Type B: 48-190 (190→(3 stops)→190→95→190→(stop)→190→(stop)→190→47.5→95→(3 stops)→190→(stop)→190).

* New York EVOLVED received Double charts in DanceDanceRevolution X3 VS 2ndMIX.

** Also, New York EVOLVED (Type B) received a slightly modified Single EXPERT chart in DanceDanceRevolution X3 VS 2ndMIX, adding Freeze Arrows that occur with two stops in the second half of the song.

* Clocking in at 2:15, New York EVOLVED (Type B) is currently the longest non-crossover, non-long version KONAMI original song in the DanceDanceRevolution series.

* New York EVOLVED (Type A) was one of the qualifying round songs in the [[KONAMI Arcade Championship|KONAMI Arcade Championship 2013]] for [[AC DDR 2013|DanceDanceRevolution (2013)]].
