This song is a feast of stillness and movement, reminiscent of the ocean. The sorrowful melody from HARD RENAISSANCE, explodes!

beatmania IIDX
As the genre name HARD RENAISSANCE indicates, this song strongly keeps a classical atmosphere. Despite that, its melody is hard due to the somewhat strong high-speed and bass drums. The melody line, which is mainly centered on the developing synth and piano, has a somewhat sorrowful sense and a melancholic side. Even among the jubeat original songs, crossing this over to IIDX might've been inevitable due to its exceptional barrage style. There are probably many users who expected it to "perhaps be included here someday", right?

Evans
DJ YOSHITAKA
This song is recently within the top three levels of my memories. When I went on a business trip to research jubeat's gameplay, I took a car and went to lunch with Jimmy, OJ, Kozo, and Shoccho.
I rearranged parts of this song to emphasize the gameplay.... I remember many fun moments when I listen to it, although it's a dark song.

Well, this song's main concept is a "deep-sea fish". I'm always surprised by their(!?) mystique. I wanted to create this song while voluntarily imagining what mystique is within their hearts.
It was worth remaking it once, and I think it resulted in a HARD RENAISSANCE feeling as I was requested.
But I digress, by all means, please try to play it at least once.

Well then, let's meet again soon.

※I loved the jacket so much, that I unreasonably requested for the designer to provide me the image to use as my desktop. I did it!

Evans -prototype-
DJ YOSHITAKA
To be honest, this version is more like Evans for me.
That's because this prototype has a clearer outline of the melody, so the scene and feelings I wanted to convey are depicted more clearly.

This song wouldn't have been born if I didn't meet MUSCLE at that place on that day, and it became a song that taught me once again "how to make music".

So please listen to.... Hakanaki wa waga ketsui.

MUSCLE
And as usual, there are comments and no comments about this song.....
I'm MUSCLE, who created the notecharts for Evans.

Well, it's becoming difficult.

DJ YOSHITAKA started creating this song, and both of us were becoming too~ excited.
This song was largely remade halfway through its production....
When you play the BASIC, ADVANCED, EXTREME charts in that order, it feels easy to understand the difficulty progression, and you'll be one step closer to clearing it.

Actually, I can barely clear EXTREME.
No, it's a world where it'd still be great to clear this.

When I let someone better than me to play the chart I created, it's wonderful that they can surprisingly play it!
Then I adjusted it... and repeated that until it became what it's today.

Let's all enjoy jubeat's most difficult song tomorrow with this song and MUSCLE!
Well then, I look forward to meeting you tomorrow.
