* JOMANDA is part of DJ YOSHITAKA's JOMANDA song series.
* JOMANDA shares some similarities with DanceDanceRevolution X2s Valkyrie dimension, also composed by Yoshitaka Nishimura.
* In pop'n music, JOMANDA's EASY, NORMAL, and HYPER charts were missing a soundbite at the end of the speed-up section, causing a momentary silence not present in any other version of the song. This was fixed as of pop'n music ラピストリア.
* JOMANDA appears as part of POLICY BREAK Medley from SOUND VOLTEX×jubeat, which appears in SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN.
* A symphonic medley of JOMANDA, VALLIS-NERIA, and Lisa-RICCIA by onoken, titled JOMANDA・VALLIS-NERIA・Lisa-RICCIA (Orchestra Arr.) スペシャルメドレー, can be found on the BEMANI SYMPHONY ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK album.
** A short version of the JOMANDA part of the above medley, titled JOMANDA (BEMANI SYMPHONY NOSTALGIA mix), appears in ノスタルジア Op.3.

Before I knew it, I somehow made this song over a year ago.
Time really flies by so fast, doesn't it?
Since I specifically wrote this song for jubeat, when I heard that it will be included here, my heart froze because I wasn't sure if whether the BPM changes would suit IIDX, but I was surprised by the enlightening movie which swept my worries away. T_da seriously motivated me. She's amazing.
Although in jubeat there's a section where you can press a cross, I wondered~ how to express this in IIDX, and I still clearly remember when I first saw the red cross in the movie, I pointed out "that's right!".

Although it's just the act of writing and composing my own character settings, cool signature phrases, and poems in my notebook, it still lives inside me as a precious memory which vividly shines, even though the wound occasionally hurts.
Well, around the time I made this movie, I was convinced that notebook was fully packed with JOMANDA keys, and I dug out a forbidden notebook from my room in my parent's house.
It's a sweet nightmare. An unbroken seal.

The notebook's cover, which I hadn't seen in a long time, was written in my own handwriting as "THE joke notebook".
I particularly gave my notebook that name since it was slightly cold at an absolute zero level, but it's "joke" of all things, and "THE" at the very beginning...
Also, it would've been more normal to definitely give it a name like "sacred book" or "identity notebook", so if I was a parent, I'd worried about the future of my daughter.

Well, its contents are filled with extreme laughter and pandemonium that I can't show them, but among the many poems written in my notebook, a certain one caught my attention.

One wing is burnt in hellfire, and the fallen angel is dyed black
A fleeting dream in an unreachable sanctuary <sacrifice>...

Huh... I can't believe JOMA.boy was living inside me for over ten years.
It's not hard to imagine his unpredictability. This seems like something several adolescent troublemakers across Japan would all think about.

With such reassuring item in my hands, while being encouraged, gouged, and sometimes consulted by its contents, even when I sleep or wake up, I'm in a JOMANDA state for over several nights, and I was woken by my twin brother and sister when I was about to fall into darkness, and I plucked JOMA-boy's feathers to cure my worries when I was stuck
"I want the eye to be more flashy and shiny! Because that's important!" (DJ YOSHITAKA) "OK! I'll make a cross!" (Me)
The movie was completed from beginning to end with a peaceful atmosphere.
Repeatedly in my mind, I kept thinking ((the fact that I think it's embarrassing, is embarrassing))....

Jacket Design Information
T_da
The corrupted wing burned by taboos, and a broken pair of admonished eyes like blood...
Waiting to self-destruct at the end of civilization he suffered everywhere from his old age, his soul is dry and his throat is burned
--- Struggling at the end of the world... ---
Even amidst the chaos, he pursues his yearned revival inside him, and to eventually return to the fierce heavens...

(Translation) When I created this jacket, the wounded wing and odd-eye made me remember my middle school days, when I was very serious about drawing, and I had a relatively strange and exalted feeling despite being embarrassed.
As many of you know, this has a slightly similar pair with VALLIS-NERIA's jacket, which is included in REFLEC BEAT. Which one do you like?
Anyways, DJ YOSHITAKA's unreasonableness was also in full display this time.

Character Information
Shaking his feathers wet with sin, waiting for his awakening together with the accumulating flowers

T_da
When you face the one-winged odd-eyed person wearing in a suit with a serious look, I'm sure many bittersweet and crazy memories will come back to you.
I'm rolling around in my bed. Nice to meet you, my name is T_da.
I've known JOMANDA for quite a long time, but this time, I'm thankfully in charge of his character animations.

I'm not used to, or rather, I'm struggling with deformed characters and animations, since he wasn't originally a pop'n character, and they usually appear to have big movements... I think
I tried to draw rough sketches of him doing gags such as backwards somersaults, backflips, and knee drops, but well, he doesn't move like this~... was my own response
Several active JOMANDAs became sacrifices.
However, since only the cartwheel-like animation survived the FEVER animation, smug... also, pay attention to his face!
Finally, since I still don't have enough training, although I can't expose my strongest thoughts about JOMANDA's settings in public, he's a kind-hearted, clumsy, and lonely person.
If you feel like it, please beckon for him to be a good child while saying "JOMA-boy, come here".

Chart Production Information
MUSCLE
DJ YOSHITAKA means YOSHITAKA tornado!
So, this time, I tried to make the notecharts turn counter-clockwise. It's like going back in time. I first arranged them, then created another chart. Oh, this song also has cross patterns.
Influenced from the jacket, I had the image of his sharply shining eyes! Please think of them as shining eyes and deal with them!
