Shindo's songs were removed from the pop'n music AC games as of pop'n music 12 after his 5-year contract with Konami expired, as well as an incident involving plagiarism: A web page showing a list of plagiarized lyrics

All his songs were composed and sung by Atsushi Shindo himself, and were arranged by Katsuyuki Harada (原田勝道), except Shake! -Game Ver.- (arranged by Yoichi Hayashi).
