Yusuke Ceo, better known as Starving Trancer, is a musician affiliated to EXIT TUNES (QUAKE Inc.). He has been commissioned to work on some BEMANI songs, often appearing with Ryutaro Nakahara and/or Mayumi Morinaga. A member of Yuuhei Satellite, he's known for working a lot in touhou arrangements and original songs as well, not unlike SOUND HOLIC or ARM but with a more trance and j-pop approach than the later two. While his musical style is trance-based, he oftenly steps out to perform hardcore, drum and bass and more recently, deep house.
