I placed concepts such as being betrayed by a loved one, fear of aging, and regrets, into a melancholic melody, without stopping to cry.
The bpm accelerates as your emotions gradually release.
The salsa piano that appears in the middle of the song is a common Cuban groove called montuno.
I'm playing it here even faster than a typical salsa. This is also a Latin technique performed in four beats, but briefly sounds like an odd time signature.
