No proof
Bruteforcing the tcb extracting tool on DDRMAX CS US's FILEDATA.BIN reveals nothing about true... (radio edit) being in the game's files. Same goes for DIVE TO THE NIGHT in DDRMAX2 CS US. Unless there's something i don't know about, i believe these banners are most likely fakes.
