** Seeing comments that the Round1 version is indeed the JP version, which means no STANDARD mode. The other language options are likely for the various other Asian regions, since there's a few English speaking places that have the Asian version of DDR A, for example. == Blow Up temporary removal ==
It appears that the mission for clearing Blow Up has been automatically marked as completed following its removal from the game. I don't remember playing it, but when I checked the mission status for Where's the Party At?, both missions were marked as complete (I have played Visionary). In addition, the song isn't even listed on the score data section of the Dance Rush site (whereas DDR A does have removed songs listed in its score data section).
