When I created a song for beatmania THEFINAL called "[[fellows]]", I was inspired by my memories around the time I was involved in beatmania, but even before then, I wanted to try creating a song in IIDX which overlapped with my past rock boy self.<br>

Compared to those times 10 years ago, how am I now?.... This song was born from such thoughts.

However, I purposely didn't rely on modern technology, I was determined to rely on my memories and old fashioned techniques to complete this song.<br>

Nowadays, I have fellow musicians who can ask me to play the guitar and drums while having a beer, and friends who asked me, "what if you performed what I told you", but I didn't dare do it this time.

Facing my past self.... Beyond that mirror is a confrontation with a familiar boy.

That's why it was meaningful to do every step myself, from songwriting, arranging, programming, performing, singing, recording, and engineering, even if I did them poorly.<br>

With VJ GYO's direction, who sympathized with such thoughts, I unexpectedly performed in this movie, but both of us weren't joking or serious, and I often remembered a mysterious tension.

Even if I helplessly yearned for the one I dreamed about, only yearning wouldn't do anything, and it appears frustrating and irritating, I'm singing about these thoughts.<br>

If you're "dreamers", you should certainly understand this.<br>

If you have big dreams, the bigger the dream, the harder it is to be fulfilled, and you'll be tormented by indescribable anxiety everyday, but if you believe in yourself and overcome them, I'm sure it'll become some form in a different place.<br>

I tried to edit this production with a sense of speed unique to BEAT ROCK.

So it feels a bit like being in the front row of a small live house...

I'm not a rock boy who was active in authentic band activities like TAKA, but I vaguely remember not only filming and editing this video, but searching for a studio and costumes... By working together with TAKA to tackle some band activities, it feels like finally settling something that I left behind in my memories during those days.
