* Both 22DUNK and GAMBOL mark Takehiko Fujii's debut in BEMANI.
** Both songs being crossed over also mark his first appearance in the DanceDanceRevolution series.
* According to Takehiko Fujii on the beatmania 5thMIX Q&A section, he intended for 22DUNK's title to be read as "twenty-two dunk," but during development it was being called "ni-ni dunk" (ニー・ニー・ダンク).
** The former reading appears to be canonical, as it is currently sorted as トゥエンティツーダンク ("twenty-two dunk") in the IIDX series.
* 22DUNK received ANOTHER charts in beatmania IIDX substream.
* 22DUNK received LIGHT charts in beatmania IIDX 3rd style.
** Also in beatmania IIDX 3rd style, 22DUNK's BPM was shown as 134. This was fixed when the song was revived in beatmania IIDX 6th style.
* 22DUNK received ANOTHER charts in beatmania completeMIX 2. These charts were carried to the beatmania III series in beatmania III APPEND CORE REMIX.
* 22DUNK received a new Double NORMAL chart in beatmania THE FINAL, replacing its old chart.
* All three of 22DUNK's beatmania IIDX Double charts are rated the same (Level 5), being one of the few beatmania IIDX songs still in arcades with that distinction.
* 22DUNK received a Double HEAVY chart in DDRMAX -DanceDanceRevolution-. However, it's identical to its Double STANDARD chart.
* 22DUNK was a hidden revival in beatmania IIDX 10th style. It could be unlocked by playing 90 rounds with an entry card.
** As of beat #2 (June 2nd, 2004), it is playable by default.
* 22DUNK is unlockable in beatmania IIDX INFINITAS from July 5th, 2017, after purchasing its charts with BITs.

Untranslated.

Did you notice the dunk shot at the end of the song? It's in the song name, after all.
This techno track is a crossover from IIDX.

DanceDanceRevolution
Original Version
The bass and bass drum are so low that have lost their sense of pitch, create a completely thick and heavy feeling for the song, while the cheap PCM acid phrases and detailed synthesizer clavichord sounds are finely sprinkled throughout it, maintain a nearly exquisite balance.
All the undulations in the phrases are constantly moving, and this song, which doesn't primarily have a bass part, has a mysterious feeling with a wonderful sense of unity.

CLUB ANOTHER Version
The intro of "22DUNK" was completely changed to bass drum phrase breaks, and has trickier phrases with different grooves, which will make fans happy.

DDRMAX -DanceDanceRevolution-
"22DUNK" by SLAKE is a pounding techno track filled with metallic sounds, electric beats and 303-styled acid bass lines.

Sorry, I didn't notice it.
Graphical backgrounds, rather than animations, come one after the other.
Truth is, I also had a background at the end that said "Stop making fun of an old man" in Japanese that looked like a foreigner wrote it (sort of like they copied it down without understanding the meaning).
As you'd probably guess, I abandoned putting it in. I hope the Hangul and English characters convey that sense of phoniness I tried so hard to imitate, though. By the way, the Hangul is apparently something you say when talking back to a person who is mocking you, like "Don't make fun of me," or "Knock it off."

Difficulty & Notecounts
