Akira Goshima is a staff member at KONAMI since the 90's. He was a sound engineer for many years for the arcade releases of DanceDanceRevolution and GuitarFreaks & DrumMania. Since 2008, Akira now works in the Marketing Division of KONAMI Digital Entertainment.

Akira has also been in charge of writing several charts for the DanceDanceRevolution series and for MAMBO A GO GO, as well as writing charts for some licensed songs of the pop'n music series.
