• BELLS could be unlocked in GITADORA Tri-Boost from August 16th, 2015, and in REFLEC BEAT groovin'!! Upper from August 17th, 2015 as part of the BEMANI SUMMER DIARY 2015 event.
  • In GITADORA Tri-Boost Re:EVOLVE, it could be unlocked as part of the Shinshun! GITADORA OMIKUJI (新春! ギタドラOMIKUJI) event from January 18th to February 7th, 2017.
    • From GITADORA Matixx onwards, it can be unlocked by clearing it in Deluxe Mode.
  • In REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA, it could be purchased in the Garage from November 16th, 2015 after obtaining 20 VOLZZA KEYs.
    • In REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA 2, it was playable by default.
• According to the 96th BEMANI Namahosou (kari) (BEMANI生放送(仮)) stream, BELLS was started a year ago before its debut, however Tatsuya couldn't finish it due to him being busy.
  • According to Tatsuya's comments in the BEMANI SUMMER DIARY ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK liner notes, BELLS took almost 10 years to complete (the concept took 4 years and 10 months, guitar tuning took 5 years, production took 3 weeks, and aging took 1 week). Adding up all of these dates implies BELLS was started in September 2005, which incidentally corresponds to the release date of DANCE 86.4 FUNKY RADIO STATION, the first arcade BEMANI game to which Tatsuya contributed music to.
• After being removed from the initial release of REFLEC BEAT 悠久のリフレシア, BELLS was revived on August 16th, 2018.
