This is the English version of the DDR song "DIVE", by the Japanese female group [[BeForU|Be For U]], with the melody and arrangement drastically altered from the original. I chose Paula Terry as the vocalist because I thought she was the most suited for my music. | |||
The theme of the lyrics is "love". For better or worse, I believe it is important for a relationship to always evoke deep human emotions. Many songs I made were based on real love experiences. (laughs) | |||

When I first saw the song title, I remember having a video of diving in the sea among the live-action materials I had shot, and I worked hard on it with light-hearted feelings, hoping to just have it for the time being. | |||
NAOKI provided me with the lyrics which I immediately read while listening to the song, with PAULA's vocals delicately blending into NAOKI's melody and rhythms... While my chest began welling up, raise your head and run free from your thoughts... This scene clearly emerged from my mind. | |||
Therefore, although it's once again a straightforward approach, I wanted to make the characters easy to appear and provide a sense of story, so Yuri was the character which somehow matched this image.<br> | |||
