==== NAOKI ====
I created a rough track of BeForU's new song "Firefly" in L.A for MAX, and there was a public contest for titles and an open recording with fans, so I think I was able to find a new way to create something different. For "Firefly", each of the four BeForU members wrote the lyrics and chorus part, and we discussed them over and over again. Actually, I thought of something when I saw the lyrics of this song.<br>
I think everyone who plays DDR and listens to my music is also busy everyday with things like school and work, right? When people encounter various obstacles in such daily life, I think they overcome them one at a time and mature. "Firefly" is a great song to support everyone who lives by fighting such obstacles everyday. (laughs) It's what I call a cheering song, I think? In terms of sound, you may not be able to hear the finer sounds at an arcade, but I think this song's scale is conveyed when listening to it on a CD.

=== DDRMAX -DanceDanceRevolution 6thMIX- Official Website ===
The highly promising unit BeForU was selected from the Artist Audition. The title of their latest song recording is "<span style="color:red">Firefly</span>"! The title of this upper dance tune was created together with users, by requesting song titles on the official homepage, and inviting the title winner to its recording, so there's no doubt that there are very high expectations for it!

==== NAOKI MAEDA ====
This is an energetic and active dance number. The previous song "[[DIVE]]" ("Be For U"'s debut song) captures a dark tone, while "Firefly" contains a light image. Positive feelings are essential for humans to live... the lyrics contain a highly emotional message and breathe life into this song, further providing it with a live feeling.

==== Liner Notes ====
This is positive and catchy pops, completely written in Japanese. The title "Firefly" conveys the message "let's shine and fly towards tomorrow". The pure female vocals, and the up-tempo but somewhat sorrowful melody, lets listeners feel positivity. By all means, I'd like for female D.D.R. players to consciously dance to this dance unit's number with hot taste.
