Shigeharu's songs, even in GuitarFreaks & DrumMania, are for the most part more electronic/synthesized than most of his contemporaries, dabbling in techno and a bit of chiptune under his S-C-U alias, which he has used near exclusively the past few years in BEMANI. From [[AC jb knit APPEND|jubeat knit APPEND]] through [[AC jb festo|jubeat festo]], he was the sound director of the jubeat series.
