I tried to record a live band one shot.
It was my first experience to record a single band shot, and it was very difficult, but I had a lot of fun.
This time, the music consists of Jazz big band + vocals.
The vocals were sung by Maria Eva, who is also very good!
The expression was wonderful, and we were able to create a very nice piece of work.
The big band is called Dream Swing Kingdom, and I play trumpet in the band.
The drums and wood bass are also live, of course, since it is a live one-shot recording.
One summer day, a total of 16 Dream Swing Kingdom members gathered at a studio in Tokyo to record the song in a "one, two".
The recording was fun, but I also had a lot of fun practicing.
We all tried out different ways of doing things, and we all came up with the same idea.
After all, it's great to create something together.
Please enjoy the lively Jazz born from such momentum!

We all know it because it was all over the movies last year!
It's amazing what a live big band sound can do, consisting of four trumpets, four trombones, four saxophones, drums, bass, piano, guitar, and 16 other musicians~!
"Take My Hand", a one-shot recording with this big band, is an ultra-good-tempo tune that is full of SwingJazz charm.
We had a lot of fun playing, too v(^^)v
