As far as I can tell, whenever a song was revived in an AC style, it had to be unlocked. I suspect that if this carried back before 9th, that they were just unlocked by the unlock code, but for at least 10th and beyond (Bemaniwiki doesn't have info on 9th and I'm not sure where else to look), there were other requirements. The more recent revivals are already accounted for in talking about their unlock stuff, but I think there's probably a lot of older revived songs that don't have this information.
