Given that the IIDX gauge only moves in even increments, there's no way that 25% drop on an excess poor is accurate. It's only Online Arena that allows TIME FREE as an alternate (and as an aside, this has only been in place since Rootage, in Cannon Ballers, you had to stick with the 3 CPUs). Since the US lightning cabs are specifically U region, I figure it'd make sense to add a new entry to the mode availability list.
