MPB stands for Música Popular Brasileira, and simply put, it's a hybrid Brazilian popular music that incorporates bossa nova techniques with elements of other music genres.
With the recent boom in Brazilian music, MPB has been attracting a lot of attention, and the name of this genre has become more and more common, with major CD retailers now having MPB sections.
With the recent Brazilian music boom, MPB has also been attracting attention, and its genre name seems to become more widespread, with major CD retailers having MPB corners.

MPB is the genre that has influenced me the most and makes me feel the best, and I have written songs that have that kind of vibe for MAMBO A GO GO and Gitadora.
I'm most influenced by MPB, which is my favorite genre that gives me the best feeling, and I've currently written songs with such atmosphere in the MAMBO A GO GO and Gitadora series.
So, this song is the third in the MPB series! However, the direction is a bit different from the previous two songs, as Tizona is based on Spanish music.
So, this is the third song in my MPB song series! That's what I thought, but Tizona has a slightly different direction than my previous two songs, as it's based on Spanish music.
The guitar approach is not bossa nova, but more like Spanish in scale and stroke technique.
The guitar closely incorporates Spanish scales and stroke techniques, rather than using a bossa nova approach.
The keyboard instruments have a '70s fusion feel, with many modulations and complex tension notes in the key signatures.

Conclusion! Brazilian music is great!
To conclude! Brazilian music is great after all!

Tizona d'El Cid is a sword that belonged to El Cid, a Reconquista hero in 11th century Spain.
After El Cid's death, I imagined that this sword passed through the hands of various people and finally into the hands of a beautiful gypsy dancer, while creating this song by layering a Reconquista scene with the dancer's graceful movements.
I originally made this song for IIDX, but in order to flow with "Brazilian Anthem", I rearranged the drum patterns and other parts to include it in Gitadora.

Tizona d'El Cid is a sword that belonged to El Cid, a hero of La Reconquista in 11th century Spain.
I created this song for IIDX, but I thought that it could be crossed over to Gitadora while working on it.
I imagined that after El Cid's death, the sword passed through the hands of various people and finally ended up in the hands of a beautiful gypsy dancer, and I created this piece by overlaying the scene of La Reconquista and the dancer's graceful movements.
The guitarist is Jun Kaziwara, who wonderfully performed in the RHODES version of Brazilian Anthem, and in INFERNO from IIDX DistorteD.
I originally wrote this song for IIDX, but like "Brazilian Anthem", I decided to incorporate it into Gitadora by rearranging the drum pattern and other parts of the song.
This time, he also played the passionate Spanish phrases.
It's certainly enjoyable if you can play the guitar this much!
Please enjoy Kaziwara's passionate guitar in GuitarFreaks.

The request was for "a picture of a woman holding a sword named El Cid", and this is what I came up with.
I was requested for "a picture of a woman holding a sword named El Cid", and it turned out like this.
The sound was exotic and bewitching, so I tried to make her a sexy gypsy?
It has a exotic and mysterious sound, so did I try to make her as a sexy gypsy?
Realistic drawing style? American comic style? Ummm... I don't know... Everyone is so cute to see. And so cool too. I can't draw this. (help me!! master goli!! master maya!!)
Using a realistic drawing style? Or an American comic style? Hmm~... well, everyone looks cute. And very cool. I can't draw this. (help me!! master goli!! master maya!!)

For practice! I put a "TokiM*mo" card next to it and tried to imitate it, but it was not the same character... The team members laughed at me and put it in a folder with a funny story called "Gallery" (/_;) I tried to practice it very seriously, but~
For practice! I placed a "TokiM○mo" card beside it and tried to copy it, but it's not the same character at all... the team members laughed at me and ended up putting it in a funny joke folder named "Gallery" (/_;) I tried to practice quite seriously, but~
Next time I see you, I'll do my best to draw a prettier gal.
When I see them next time, I'll try my best~ to draw a slightly cuter gyaru.
