Minkyu Kim, better known as Nor, is a music creator from South Korea affiliated to INCS toenter Co., ltd.. He started his career in 2013 and mainly produces house and future bass. He is also the founder of the Aice room circle, and works with YUC'e in the music unit beignet.

Kim is known for producing BGMs for Yostar's Blue Archive, along with KARUT and Mitsukiyo.
