This page makes the claim that this song is the first licensed song to appear in Infinitas. I don't believe this is true. The original author may have assumed that because this song was published by Exit Tunes that it is owned by Exit Tunes. Which is a reasonable assumption to make because that is how 3!dolon Forc3 works for example. But consider also Y&Co's remix of Colors, Distress, and the recent inclusion of Thunder House Nation Remix in Infinitas. There is a larger pattern of Konami owning the rights to derivative works (remixes) of songs they already owned. (Or, later obtaining those rights so that they could be used in Infinitas or UM without terms.) I think this song and kors k's remix of Starmine should be removed from the IIDX licensed songs category. Catastrophe (talk) 11:31, 8 December 2023 (UTC)
