Skill Rate
REFLEC BEAT VOLZZA 2 introduced Skill Rate, which is another difficulty indicator rating songs from 1 to 90 (e.g. Old Lv.13 = 90). BEMANIWiki 2nd has the Skill Rates for the VOLZZA 2 songs (as well as pre-VOLZZA 2 songs) and most of the REFLEC BEAT 悠久のリフレシア songs. Should Skill Rate be added to the templates too?
