** I see, good thing I asked then, thanks. So wait what happen with the SOUND VOLTEX FLOOR Asia contest? Was that the contest where the results were delayed and still weren't published or something? *** They did pick winners for the SDVX Asia contest because I know somebody who was informed to be rejected. This apparently happened LOOOOOONG AGO so it's kinda obvious to say nothing is going to come out of this. As far as canned contests go, there was the Yoshitaka remix one which was announced to happen more than one year ago, and then there's the current MUSECA contest that has 7 unused songs which will be likely used on SDVX. --UBerserker (talk) 10:13, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
Mystery Line
I'm not sure if this is worth adding to that section or not, but there are some indicators that imply X was destined to be the last unlock, even if it never gave a medal above Silver. The selection music at X's stop was different from the rest (similar to the last castle in Sinobuz's first unlock event, and the Shadow school for the Dojo unlock event), the Google Translate interpreted it's stop name as "the land of the last stop", it required 2x as much effort to unlock its charts (I barely got the Another chart in the three tries I was allowed, when all other charts, including other 12s, were far easier to get), and it required all other Mystery Line songs (including secrets) to be unlocked on each difficulty in order to access. --Thunderbird (talk) 15:53, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
* X was definitely the last boss, it's just the event as a whole that was semi-finished and added whatever songs they had ready to it. Copula had like five missing ID spots, one including a Nekomata song (SINOBUZ in comparison has a fully filled ID list). --UBerserker (talk) 20:46, 18 November 2017 (UTC)
DDR Solo 2000 unused 3 Panel charts info
I was thinking... I had posted in the DDR Solo 2000 page that the game has a bunch of unused 3 panel charts (only the Basic one is available ingame) and that info got moved here.
Thing is, I can get the stepcounts and for those charts but... would the table be fine?

Hello! I came across this article (Wayback machine permalink) showcasing the location test of Nostalgia which features a completely different UI, button/cab design compared to the final version, I was wondering if it fits within the scope of this article. == GFDM XG3 First Location Test ==
First time discussing a topic in a talk page, so please bear with me.
Upon some archiving at my disposal, I noticed that the first location test for GuitarFreaksXG3 & DrumManiaXG3 had something that did not carry forward to subsequent location tests, which include:
* 1000000 scoring system similar to jubeat.
* Grading system overhaul (1000000 divided by total number of notes)
* Score Rate (Level X score / 300000)
* The removal of BPM display, its graphical chart (added back on AOU2012), and Skill Rate (added back on the Hong Kong's location test)
* Difficulty level reverting to the pre-XG series (10-99) instead of the traditional two decimal points (1.00-9.99).
The link can be found here
Since I had provided the sources as provided including BEMANIWiki, will this be alright to include these? Thank you. BCulture65 (talk) 08:53, 2 June 2023 (UTC)

DDR (PS3/X360) DLC content

  • There are DLC jacket images found in the data suggesting that more DLC was planned for release. (evidence.) - QueenZ (talk) 03:14, 26 February 2017 (UTC)
    • Go ahead with it (edit: those were already put in the page). --FinalOffset (talk) 01:06, 27 February 2017 (UTC)

DDR Battle Mode Unused Graphics?

Today, I just saw at Zenius -I- vanisher (forum thread title: [SM5.0.12] DanceDanceRevolution X3 vs 2ndMIX (v1)) rips of the life gauge, judgment, combo, and stage textures from X3. Care to guess what is among those rips? Unused Battle Mode graphics. If anything, similar unused graphics could also be found in X2. So now, what does this mean? Could this mean that Battle Mode may have been intended to return at one point, but was eventually scrapped again since it's gone as of X2?

  • Yeah, seems like it could be that. Go ahead and add the info. --FinalOffset (talk) 01:10, 14 March 2017 (UTC)

Rejected contest songs?

While I was looking for information for several artists featured in either SOUND VOLTEX or MÚSECA, I noticed on their soundcloud, website, or video (varies on where the song was posted for some) the words "FLOOR落選供養" or "SDVX落選供養", and I was wondering if this type of content would fit to include here in this section or under the subsection Albums / Contests / Etc.?
Of course, it would be limited to artists who made an original song in BEMANI or won in a different FLOOR contest, so it doesn't become a mess. For example, Any thoughts? 21:16, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
