* According to Takayuki, he wrote Happy Wedding in celebration of one of the then-current beatmania IIDX VJs getting married (he doesn't mention which one).
* [[Celica]] appears throughout Happy Wedding's overlays. GOLI mentions in the song comments that the wedding dress Celica wears in the overlays is based on the same one the wife of the then-recent married VJ wore at their wedding.
** A special overlay with Celica will appear towards the end of Happy Wedding if the player manages to full-combo the song up to the point where the overlay would trigger.

After GOLI, [[Gyo Eguchi|GYO]], and I had a brief discussion, the perfect plan was born.<br>
I started making a song with animations and music related to weddings in connection with a certain VJ's wedding, and the title was first called "HAPPY WEDDING ○○○!", but I thought the situation was too limited, so I made a general wedding song.<br>
Many people around me are recently getting married, but after marriage, your wife is waiting for you, and the relationship deteriorates, so it can get pretty boring around you, right?<br>
Even when I attend wedding ceremonies, I also help organize it in tears, so I feel bad for my father.... when I think about it, it's becoming quite lonely, so I wanted to include the hidden joy and loneliness within the happiness in this song.<br>
I thought about it, and I struggled a lot because I rarely write songs with a theme these days. I tried my best to express the tears associated with happiness and sadness, without using phrases and tones with blatant association with them.
