	If I recall correctly, for a good while back, Remywiki shut down the create account function of the site due to spam and vandalism (just like how we're having someone right now move pages and write extremely off-topic or wrong information). Is it possible to re-add the rule of emailing, or something similar to stop this? an IP ban?
