KONAMI Arcade Championship

The KONAMI Arcade Championship (KAC) is an annual competition hosted by KONAMI for some of its games series including the following BEMANI arcade series: beatmania IIDX, DanceDanceRevolution, GITADORA (GuitarFreaks & DrumMania), jubeat, pop'n music, REFLEC BEAT, SOUND VOLTEX (since 2012), DanceEvolution ARCADE (2012-2016), BeatStream (2014-2016), and MÚSECA (since 2015). The 2014 event also included ミライダガッキ FutureTomTom Ver.2.

The KACs usually have three rounds:

  1. Qualifying Round: All players with an eAMUSEMENT pass can submit their scores to any of the groups. Only players from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore may participate.
  2. Semifinal Round: The 4 top-ranked players from each group compete.
  3. Final Round: The 2 top-ranked players compete to be the champion.

KAC2011

  • Qualifying Round: September 29th - November 6th
  • Semifinal Round: November 20th, 23rd, 26th, 27th, December 3rd
  • Final Round: December 4th
