- 嘘 was used as the first ending song to FULL METAL ALCHEMIST: Brotherhood and later appeared on SID's album hikari in July 2009. The song also later appeared on the FULL METAL ALCHEMIST: Brotherhood Soundtrack on October 14th, 2009.
- 嘘 was the only new TV/ANIME license present on the pop'n music 18 せんごく列伝 location tests.
- 嘘's video was replaced by a generic video in GuitarFreaksXG2 & DrumManiaXG2 Groove to Live. This change was reverted in GITADORA.
- In the pop'n music Sunny Park location tests, 嘘 was not present. However, it reappeared in the final release.
