Profile

Kaori Suzuki is a Japanese singer and voice actress who debuted in 1994. Since then, she has mainly performed anime and game theme songs, and as a voice actress, she voiced Haruka, the main heroine of Pocket Monsters: Advanced Generation TV series (ポケットモンスターアドバンスジェネレーション, also known as Pokémon: Advanced). She was diagnosed with focal task-specific dystonia and spasmodic dysphonia in 2012, and stopped working that same year.

Kaori has used numerous stage names, Akiko Kawana (川菜明子, only 1994), Midori Kawana (川菜翠, 1995-1999), Ka~na (か～な, only 1999), and KAORI (2000-2008). Since 2008, she is credited as KAORI. as a vocalist, and Kaori Suzuki as a voice actress.
