To obtain the EXTRA STAGE in EXPERT mode, you must clear PARANOIA EVOLUTION, HYSTERIA or SUPER STAR on FINAL STAGE with a minimum combo of 150 and a full life gauge, while also holding the left button when the "CLEARED" message displays. Any difficulty and modifiers are allowed. Afterwards you will unlock the EXTRA STAGE, which will force MANIAC ULTIMATE difficulty and a ROULETTE-like random song selection. You can still use any modifiers in the EXTRA STAGE.
