* First and only PlayStation 3 DanceDanceRevolution game.

** Also the only DanceDanceRevolution title developed by Genki, best known for their ''Wangan MIDNIGHT'' and ''TOKYO XTREME RACER'' series of racing games.

* Only CS North American DanceDanceRevolution title with a direct port on another system - the Xbox 360.

** All PlayStation Move modes have been removed.

Exclusive to DanceDanceRevolution (PS3) is a new mode called CLUB MODE, which is the game's only way to unlock new songs. Here, you dance across four to 20 songs, all determined for you. You start off playing in BEGINNER mode, but as you progress more and more and get more PERFECTS, you can play higher difficulty levels. You'll also have TRICKS thrown at you while playing, such as increased speed, arrow options, and even a life bar. Do note that getting too many misses will result in you being knocked down a difficulty level. You also have to pay attention to your gauge - if it goes down to zero at any point, you automatically lose. (Though you will keep any points you earned.)
