This song is too great that you'd think it's a licensed song, and conversely, you might not have the impression that it's specialized for music games like pop'n.
However, this exceptionally catchy melody and lyrics, and the satisfactory composition condensed in 2 minutes completely creates a pop'n sense, and I think it's definitely a strike in the pop'n music concept we aimed for.

This is an extremely catchy pop song that sounds very familiar.
However, this song has a brilliance which surpasses general pop rock songs.
The reason why this song was chosen was because of its many pleasant points, such as its spedey feeling, the words chosen for the lyrics, how the song keeps its tension, and the selected vocal quality.
Although there are a few songs where I think "I want to listen to it many times", this song made me feel this way, and I personally voted for that more than for its gameplay.

This public contest song "Nagareboshi sonic" is a vocal song which completely emphasizes the melody, but I was thinking that if it was included in pop'n, it'd definitely have singing in it.
Because when I first played the (first) pop'n music in the arcade, I remember feeling very surprised that a vocal song was used in a music game.
beatmania currently has a variety of songs, but back then, the sense of playing midi sequences seemed natural....
With that feeling, I inserted 100 yen in the pop'n cabinet, and when I did it, I was shocked when "I REALLY WANT TO HURT YOU" started playing.
I still didn't forget about it! So after that, I still now have the image "pop'n" = "vocal songs", right?
It's slightly sad and bittersweet, while running through the night with all your might... CHINATSU expressed all these images!!
Even though I didn't convey this image to KONAMI (laughs)! As expected from them!!!!
I hope Nagareboshi sonic resonates with everyone.

This song's lyrics are based on my impressions when my friend took me to play pop'n music for the first time, and I wrote it while hoping to connect poppers with their friends.
I think it's due to this song's power that I was able to directly express such catchy feelings through the singing and lyrics!

Even though it's sad in a way, isn't it somewhat dazzling because it directly conveys a racing feeling of middle and high school students trying their best during a sensitive season? Personally, this song was highly popular with girls, so how was it, girls?

I think many people voted for it because they have similar sceneries in their hearts, and overlapped with their memories.

The singing voice is beautiful and straightforward, and is honest in a good way, which is perfect for heartbreaking times.
I was very troubled as a designer thinking about which character fits this kind of song, and although a boy was predominant until halfway, CHINATSU finally came, and oh, this girl!
I was immediately addicted and decided her.
Shooting stars, shadows spreading in the evening, the starry sky, and after school... I decided on winter clothing this time from such keywords.
Although there hasn't been many large-scale renewals to her uniform, besides the short-cut and sad facial expressions, it's great that the uniform feels CHINATSU-styled.
How was the senior's "well, I'll take you home since it's dark" action, who didn't previously appear?
