- Release Date: November 25, 2005 (Europe)
General Information / Changes
- Based on DanceDanceRevolution EXTREME2. Most KONAMI originals were retained except for the CHALLENGE-exclusive songs. However, all but one of the licenses from EXTREME2 were replaced, by a mixture of returning licenses and entirely new licenses.
- Unlike DanceDanceRevolution EXTREME2, most of the licenses (14 of 20) in Dancing Stage Max retain their original music videos, as opposed to new videos made for the game.
