To permanently unlock バンブーソード・ガール in jubeat saucer fulfill, you had to play it at least once between June 26th, 2014 and July 14th, 2014. If you did not unlock it during that period, it can be unlocked via online or local matching.
In jubeat prop, it could be unlocked by playing it as a BONUS TUNE from May 28th, 2015.
