Fairly obscure in the beatmania IIDX community, rice.c has been producing videos for beatmania IIDX since 9th style. He typically makes videos for songs of the dance/trance variety. In DanceDanceRevolution, however, he served as one of the arcade series' head designers from 3rdMIX all the way up to EXTREME.
