The characters are Kana (blue hair, from Hitch Hiker, etc.), Acty Aries (pink hair, from ACT, etc.), Tora Yamato (green hair, from R10K), and a blonde girl who's likely a human version of Tran or an anthropomorphized Lion.
The title of the song (We are Diskko Yottsu Uchi Inochi) roughly means "We are Disco Girls of the Four-Beat Life". "Diskko" is written with Dis in Latin characters and っ娘 in Japanese. 娘 literally means daughter, and is occasionally used to refer to young girls (viz. the notorious Morning Musume); it is usually not read "ko" in any context.

And, and, I sang this with the newest member of BeForU! Together with Risa! I never thought I'd be able to work on something with DANCE☆MAN! "4-beat", of course, refers to the disco beat. So, the four of us are all singing together, but! You can still hear Yoma's voice, right!?
