The theme Naya~n gave me was "COSMIC☆LOVE".
To bring about the enormous cosmic love, the character was planned to be the biggest in pop'n. The screen size of pop'n is considerably restricting in length, so can you see the enormousness from looking at her actions at this size? My actual image of her size is ∞ (infinity), because it's about "COSMIC☆LOVE".
She was named photon, the quantum of light, because it sounds space-y and pretty.

The one who gave foundation to the design was Chobi.. The idea was a sun goddess in an azure skirt.
And then, to give her a majestic vibe akin to the Queen of the Night from "The Magic Flute", the rings of Saturn was placed around her head, and she was perfected.

Also, the words Naya~n muttered quietly, "Would be nice to have a female character every once in a while..." I didn't forget about that.
