* 背水之陣 (Kagutsuchi Remix) is one of the "popcone" (ポプコネ, short for "pop'n connect") songs, which are remixes or answer songs of previous pop'n music songs.
* Initially, 背水之陣 (Kagutsuchi Remix) was sorted in the Artist Name folder with artists beginning with the English letter "S", rather than the kana character "ス". This was fixed on February 25th, 2014.
* YOSHIO's sprite is a different colored (and slightly edited) version of his 背水之陣 sprite. However, it has the same animations.
* Kagutsuchi is speculated to be [[Hommarju]] due to 背水之陣 (Kagutsuchi Remix) having very similar sounds and rhythms heard in [[Verflucht]] and [[HYENA]] (the three songs were made around the same time period).
