Games in the IIDX series were created in a half-year cycle until [[AC 8th style|8th]], so I often look back on my work in a half-year period, but the first-half of 2000 (April~September) was an extremely fulfilling and memorable period for me.<br>
It was from around that time when I received offers for songs from other series such as pop'n and DANCE MANIAX, and the nine stage songs that I created, such as [[ABSOLUTE]] and [[Quickening]], were created in an extremely fulfilling state, but from them, the song I created in the tightest schedule was "e-motion ～ROMANTIC STYLE～", a remix from CORE REMIX.<br>
Immediately after [[AC 4th style|IIDX]] was released, I'm certain that I created this song's game data in 2~3 days, and felt a sense of accomplishment and reasonable satisfaction when I created it during that time, but in my case, there are many times where I lose my objectivity when I create songs within a short time period.<br>
The more I listened to this song afterwards, the rough parts became noticeable, it wasn't "satisfactory" at all, and I regretted the final result. This is a really miserable story, so I aimed to someday recreate this song once again.

When it was time to decide on a song to remix for 9th, I immediately chose "e-motion". I've said it again, but I wanted to do it no matter what~.<br>
This means confronting my past self.... that's on the opposite side of the mirror (that's enough), so since I started creating this song first among my other songs this time, with enough time to create it around fall, and I was able to create a track that I was personally satisfied with.<br>
It says 2003 in the title, but with this story I'm telling you that it was actually created in 2002.

This song's genre is still trance. The temporary trance boom has subsided like other club-styled genres, and it is becoming something only for people who really like it. This genre has had the most influence on me during the last few years, and what was nice yesterday cannot be something uncool today, so it's a style I will continue to cherish.
