Hirofumi Asamoto (1963-2016), also known as DR.ECHO-LOGIC, was a Japanese music producer who was commissioned to produce some songs for the early beatmania IIDX games. He was also a member of the units ram jam world and Mute Beat.
Hirofumi died on November 30th, 2016, after spending two years in a coma following a bicycling accident to the head. He is survived by his wife.
