Well I always loved NAOKI and the rest of BEMANI, so I wanted to produce a track that would say "DDR & Retro", something that would bring us back to the beginning of the DDR History. So I modeled it after NAOKI and classic DDR sound. So me and my best friend music partner Dave have teamed up for this, along side our wonderful singer Hanna from the famous group SMiLE.dk!
Dave
This one really feels like a signature song for DDR. With the melody line we composed the female vocalist Hanna, who is from the newest SMiLE.dk album Around the World, truely brings you into the song. When you play this song, you truly feel like you are playing, DDR!
Hanna
When I was writing the lyrics, I wanted it to inspire and hype the players to play better and feel really positive about themselves and get them to "reach for the stars". The lyrics are about being excited to come home and play your favorite game! So you feel the excitement rushing in your body and you just can't wait to get to a higher level and feel really positive.
