i've had no trouble with extracting sprites from the .FCN files used in GF7/dm6 and onward, surprisingly all i've had to do was open the game file in jPSXdec since system 573 hardware is PS1-based (it can't detect audio though but that's not my concern, i just want to look at my favorite movies' sprites), however doing the same with GF6/dm5 (the specific one i'm trying to extract from btw) it does not detect any images. i figure it probably has to do with some sort of a file structure change made in between GF6dm5 and GF7dm6, but beyond guessing that i've had no idea what to do about it T~T<br> | |||

I think it should be ok (in my opinion) to upload them, seeing as Remywiki has generic banners uploaded on here before (e.g. Dancing Stage EuroMIX, DDR Winx Club (licenses), UNIVERSE series, etc.)

- i have no access to the 7 CS data, so i can't help you with that
the only game in which i have proper access to the chart data is beat n groovy, which has unused arcade "recording" charts in a very readable format

- the data i had downloaded a long time ago, back when i couldn't properly extract filesystem data from the sys573 ganes, had those values filled

- one thing to consider is that the .dat files in the folder DATA6 (which contains the files you want) are all giant sprite sheets
they can be seen with tiledggd using the following settings
- TYPE 1 (gameplay and songs)
for 4bpp stuff, the width is 3072
for 8bpp stuff, the width is 1536
- TYPE 2 (screens)
for 4bpp stuff, the width is 4096
for 8bpp stuff, the width is 2048
- the height is the same for everything, around 512
you may have to shift the graphic offset in order to scroll through these sprite sheets
