Huh, I may be wrong on those songs not being in the NA version. A YouTube video link showing the license credits includes at least the first two songs (I didn't look too closely for the third, since it's name is in Japanese). Yet, I could not find them (I've only reached level 2 MAX so far) when I played earlier today, looking in the DDR 2014 folder and MUSIC SORT S.
