:Yes, because the EXHAUST chart heavily uses BT notes and FX holds with just a few knob slams and no paths. The reason why achieving 0 points is possible in this particular chart is because in other charts, even with the buttons and knobs untouched, very little points are still gained from the start of knob paths (before a knob path, that little triangle thing on the critical line that traces the path appears before the path reaches the critical line. When that triangle thing stays static at its position, the path and the triangle still meet at the very start of the knob path; I hope you get what I mean this is sort of hard to explain, if you still don't, play any chart expect Freaky Freak EXH and don't touch the controller throughout the entire duration of the song)
